I’m seeking an online coach/trainer who can assist me in two different specific areas. I’m after someone who is highly experienced. Without offense, but being candid – I’m not after someone who’s done a short online PT cert without being really experienced or is unfit themselves. I’m seeking a highly experienced powerlifting coach and intelligent & conscientious individual with a thorough understand of nutrition and psychological factors surrounding food.
1. I’m seeking form coaching and correction for deadlifts, squatting & bench pressing. I’m not a beginner – so experience and competence is necessary. (Recorded & sent to you)
2. I’m looking for assistance in dropping body fat and maintaining it. It’s essential that my coach has achieved a muscular & low body fat (visible abs) physique and maintained it for some time. There are several psychological factors to be worked on rather than just giving me a generic diet plan. (Talking via Skype)
